10th ASPIRE ACADEMY GLOBAL SUMMIT 2024

Doha: The 10th Aspire Academy Global Summit concluded at the Regency Sealine Camp in Qatar, bringing together leaders from 50 of the world's top football organisations. Spanning two days, the summit facilitated the exchange of innovative insights into sports science, coaching techniques and performance, with the aim of inspiring the next generation of sports leaders.

For this prestigious event, our company was responsible for constructing several key structures, including:


Big Tent: 30 m x 30 m x 4 m

WT Tent: 10 m x 5 m x 3 m

Party Tent: 5 m x 5 m x 2.3 m

The remote location of the Regency Sealine Camp presented significant logistical challenges. Access to the site was limited, requiring transportation by jeep. Materials were initially delivered by truck to the nearest accessible point, from where they had to be transferred to all-terrain vehicles for the final part of the journey.

Due to the challenging terrain, cranes were unable to reach the site, so two all-terrain manipulators had to be used to lift and position the structures. Despite these obstacles, our team successfully managed the logistics and ensured the event infrastructure was set up in time.

The 10th Aspire Academy Global Summit was a resounding success, showcasing our ability to overcome logistical challenges and deliver high-quality structures in a remote setting. Our commitment to excellence helped create an inspiring environment for the sports leaders of tomorrow.
